Explore Mastiff and more!

The Cane Corso Italiano is the original Cane Corso breed, a/k/a Cane di Macellaio, Sicilian Branchiero, & Italian Mastiff. Originating in Italy, its direct ancestor is the "Canis Pugnax" (the old Roman Molossian) of which the Corso is the light version used in the hunting of large wild animals and also as an "auxiliary warrior" in battles. Corsos are still used as property, cattle and personal guard dogs as well as for hunting.

I really want a female blue eyed brindle Cane Corso Mastiff and call her Proserpina (which is the Roman name for the Goddess Persephone)
