Butternut Squash and Spinach Lasagna

Spinach and Cheese Breakfast Casserole with gruyere spinach mushrooms and hashbrowns. Made this this morning for company. Fabulous taste!  You can prep everything while waiting for the hashbrowns to bake. My hashbrowns were taken out of the freezer yesterday and had thawed in the fridge. I did bake them about 15 minutes longer  in order for them to start browning but otherwise prepared as written. Fairly easy to make with outrageously good flavor. Definitely a keeper.
