Paint your nails with a base color and let them dry completely. Then come back and paint a layer of another color on top, and before it dries, you dab pieces of wadded up saran wrap on top lightly, then top coat. This is one of the CUTEST nail designs I've EVER SEEN!! Especially because of the BEAUTIFUL color choices made on these particular nails!!

cute | Ya know, I haven't just tried recipes on Pinterest. I actually did try this nail design (with different colors). I bought some nail tape on Amazon (only $2.50. I recommend it.), and this was the first one I tried.

Marble DIY: Drop nail polish color into water, add drop of another polish color in the middle of the first drop..add a third drop in the middle. Use a toothpick or pen to draw and swirl the polish into a pattern. Put a cut up piece of plastic(ziplock bag) onto polish until covered with swirl. Pull plastic out and let dry. Peel off plastic on nails that are prepped with base coat...

Valentine nails....um this is an AMAZING valentine nail idea! totally whipping out my pastels and matte top coat and doing this!

You paint your nails neon colors, then put thin pieces of tape in designs you like, paint the nail black, and when dry take pieces of tape off! Make sure bottom layer is COMPLETELY dry! Sincerely, i have to redo my nails!!(:
