      Cinnamon Toast Pancakes from Dr Oz-Try them once and you will never miss your fatty pancakes again. Almost paleo | Batter: 2 lg eggs, 1/4 C water, 1 TB vanilla extract, 1/2 C almond flour, 1/4 C milled flax seed, 1/4 C bulk sugar substitute, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt   Cinnamon Topping: 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 TB bulk sugar substitute, Butter (may use light, trans-fat free buttery spread)

      Healthy Cinnamon Toast Pancakes by Drizzle with a small amount of light agave nectar. Didn't have almond flour - used Whole Wheat flour and pear/carrot puree - dash of sweet cream milk - 1/8c of flax is better - not so grainy. 6 min in the waffle maker - makes 8-10 waffles
