    This general idea could be for a teaching board about how God gave the rainbow as a promise that He would not destroy the earth by water again.

    These functional sight word task cards are designed for students with autism or other disabilities working on functional curriculum or life skills. This set includes 60 multiple-choice task cards identifying sight words related to signs in the environment. They are differentiated by level of difficulty with cards 1-24 being signs that have the words on them and 25-60 having no words in the pictures. The cards are designed to work with environmental print sight word curricula. $3

    Coin Grab: fill a little cloth bag with an assortment of coins (you could also fill a paper lunch bag or little purse). Students take turns pull out a coin and graph it on their sheet. They do not grab a whole handful of coins at once-this is important to explain. Once they reach the top of their graph with one of the coins, the child stops and records how many of each coin they had on the bottom of the recording sheet.

    In addition to learning about telling time in math, we will also be learning about money! We will have many money math stations where we can sort and count coins and bills. We will also be changing the rules of one of our favorite trading games from math centers, Teddy Bear Island, to help us learn about money and coin value.
