Sloppy Joe Casserole  Preheat oven to 350 Cook for 45 minutes  1 1/2 Ibs Ground Beef  1 Med Onion chopped  1 Box Medium Shells  24 Oz. Cottage Cheese  2 15oz. Cans Sloppy Joe  2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese  Lightly Grease a 9 x 12 pan  Brown ground beef with Onion. Add sloppy joe cans.  Cook shells as directed on package.  Layer two times as follows:  1/2 shells, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 Meat mixture. End with shredded cheese.   Cover with aluminum foil.
