32 oz block Velveeta, 8 oz package cream cheese, 10 oz can Rotel, can cream of mushroom soup, 1lb ground beef or sausage, and 1 green onion.....Brown meat over medium heat & set aside. Cut up Velveeta & cream cheese into cubes & place in crock pot. Pour in Rotel & cream of mushroom & stir. Place on low for 1 hour. After 30 min add meat. Stir as needed.
