run up big stadium steps, 20 squats at the top, 20 bicep curls at the bottom with the bands, run back up, 20 squats at the top, 20 push ups at the bottom, run back up, 20 squats at the top, 20 tricep dips at the bottom, run back up, 20 squats at the top, 20 mason twists at the bottom, run back up, 20 squats at the top, 20 shoulder press with bands at the bottom & do it over again for 3 sets. We also did tire flips, battling ropes, step ups, & crunches.
