I'd like to try this using the shelf-stable par-baked sourdough I've been getting at Costco and Jarlsberg cheese.

KILLER ARTICHOKE BREAD:Ingred:1/4 cup butter; 3 garlic cloves, minced;1 (14-ounce) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained well and chopped;1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Mozzarella cheese;1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese; 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese;1/2 cup sour cream;1 French bread loaf (about 12 ounces);Salt and freshly ground black pepper; OINK! OINK! OINK! OINK!

Bloomin' Pizza Bread 1 unsliced round sourdough bread loaf 16 oz. shredded mozz or provolone cheese 1 (3.5 ounce) pkg pepperoni, halved 3 Tbsp butter, melted 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp Italian seasonings 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese pizza/marinara sauce for dipping

1 unsliced loaf sourdough bread 12-16 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup finely diced green onion Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the bread lengthwise and widthwise without cutting through the bottom crust. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Insert cheese slices between cuts. Combine butter, onion Drizzle over bread. Wrap in foil; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Unwrap the bread and bake 10 more minutes,
