Blueberry Rush Recipe This is a great way to get a serving of veggies without noticing it. Kids love this recipe. My daughter has trouble eating her greens and I even find it’s hard to get all my servings in. It’s so much easier when you can blend them in with a yummy drink. I am now able to get all my servings of fruit and veggies. If you do make this drink ahead of time for yourself before work or school then make sure to shake it up really good before drinking it because everything will have settled. I do believe this is best enjoyed if you drink it right after making it. Go grab your blender and get ready to say YAHOO! Total Time 4 min Total Servings 2 Ingredients • 1 pudding cups vanilla pudding • 1 large frozen bananas • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen • 1 cup spinach leaves ( you can also do ½ cup if you aren’t feeling that brave) • 1 cup coconut milk • 1 tablespoon of honey, or to taste • 1 cup ice cubes Directions Blend ice cubes in blender to crush and then add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
