POINTERS from Linda Meadley - make sure your chocolate is cooled off (but not too cool or it won't run properly) as hot melted chocolate will pop the balloon. Chocolade dessert bakjes. Nodig: Pure Chocola, kl. Ballonnen, Bakplaat, Bakpapier. Werkwijze: Blaas de ballonnen op, +/-2 extra. Leg bakpapier op de bakplaat. Smelt chocola aubain-marie. Dip de onderkant van de ballon in de chocola. Schep een beetje chocola op het bakpapier en zet hier de ballon op. Laat de chocola stollen in de koelkast. Knip de ballon iets in naast het opblaas tuutje. De ballon loopt nu langzaam leeg. Verwijder de ballon, vul de bakjes naar eigen smaak.
