Montauk Seafood Salad

Gluten free • Paleo • 35 mins to make • Serves 6


10 1 pound sea scallops
3 lbs Mussels, fresh
1 1/2 lbs Shrimp, large


3/4 cup Celery, medium
1 tsp Garlic, fresh
3 Lemon
3 tbsp Parsley, fresh leaves
1/2 tsp Thyme, whole fresh leaves


1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 2/3 tbsp Kosher salt

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Champagne or white wine vinegar
1 cup Olive oil, good
1/2 cup White wine vinegar


8 cups Water
