    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
    • 1/4 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

    Baking & Spices

    • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
    • 1 2/3 tbsp Kosher salt

    Oils & Vinegars

    • 2 tbsp Champagne or white wine vinegar
    • 1 cup Olive oil, good
    • 1/2 cup White wine vinegar


    • 8 cups Water
