Crunchy Walnut & Honey-Dijon Salmon INGREDIENTS:1 1/2 tsp cornstarch, 2 1/4 tsp butter, melted, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, pepper, 2 salmon fillets , 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 , In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, butter and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Stir in the honey, mustard and pepper. Place salmon in round baking dish, drizzle with honey mixture and sprinkle walnuts. Bake for 20-25 min. Serves 2.
