1 cup Almond milk
6 Eggs

Condiments

2 tbsp Honey, raw organic
2 tsp Maple syrup, pure

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Coconut flour
1 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Vanilla

Oils & Vinegars

5 tbsp Coconut oil

Nuts & Seeds

    Civilized Caveman- German Apple Pancakes Ingredients: 6 Eggs 1 Cup Almond Milk 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted 2 Tsp Vanilla 2 Tsp Pure Maple Syrup 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg 2 Apples, cored and diced 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil 2 Tbsp Raw Organic Honey 1 Tsp Cinnamon 1 Tsp Nutmeg Juice of 1/2 Lemon Handful of crushed pecans Process: Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees Fahrenheit In a large bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla, and Maple Syrup In a small bowl, stir coconut flour, nutmeg, and baking soda Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and beat well to combine, set aside while you prepare the apples In a small frying pan, heat 2 Tbsp coconut oil and raw organic honey Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg and juice of 1/2 Lemon and cook for 1 minute Add in your apples and sauté until all your apples are nicely coated Evenly divide your apple mixture between 8 Ramekins greased with coconut oil and then evenly divide your egg mixture on top of the apples between the 8 Ramekins Place your Ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 20 Minutes at 425 and then reduce heat to 375 and cook for an additional 20 Minutes Sprinkle with Pecans when removed from the oven Enjoy

German Pancake - I found this recipe in Real Simple years ago, and we love it! Easy and delicious! We've topped it with syrup, Nutella, and apple butter, at different times. Just don't use a Pyrex pie pan - mine broke in half when I added the batter.
