headphone cozies? not quite sure how to make, but it seems like you just cast on to the wire and treat it as part of the crochet/knit yarn...

Use a sharpie to trace the pattern onto the backside of a piece of leather, then cut out. Punch a hole, with a leather punch, large enough to allow the headphone jack to pass through. Stitch on snap closures using needle and thread. Finish it off by using a dab of glue to adhere a flat back stud to the opposing side of each snap for a fun detail.
