Slow Cooker Refried Beans (without the Refry) Pinner says: "I leave out cumin, used dried anchos, and add a dab of bacon grease. These are awesome. I use 4-5 c. beans and 10 c. water in my huge crock pot and then just mash them right in there at the end. 2 nights of dinners in 5 min for dirt cheap!"

Red Beans & Rice in the crock pot. You don't even have to soak the beans. I will be trying this one this week. I tried this and it turned out great. If you're short on time use 3 cans of redbeans and then cook in crock on high for 2 to 3 hours.
