Baked Cream Cheese Wontons - No one would ever believe that these crisp, creamy wontons are actually baked, not fried! And they're so easy to make!

Only I use light laughing cow swiss cheese ( 1 wheel in place of 8 oz. block of cream cheese), a bit of grated cheddar, rub my favorite BBQ sauce over top before baking, and cook on a lower temp. for a bit longer when I have time. It also helps to attach the bacon on with a toothpick.
BACON, EGG AND TOAST CUPS: Lay 1 bacon slice (or crumbled sausage) on top of bread that you have flattened slightly with rolling pin and cut into rounds with cookie cutter and placed into muffin cups, then crack an egg over each. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees until egg whites are just set, 20 to 25 minutes. Run a small knife around cups to loosen toasts. Serve immediately.
