    Low calorie brownies. 3/4 c nonfat Greek yogurt (vanilla) 1/4 c skim milk 1/2 c Cocoa powder... 1/2 c Old fashioned rolled oats 1/2 cup Truvia (cup-for-cup w/ sugar) 1 egg 1/3 c applesauce 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch salt 400°F. Grease a square baking dish (I used 8"x8"). Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (about 1 minute). Pour into the prepared dish and bake for about 15 minutes.

Saltbox House: Lunch Lady Brownies: My daughter made these and they weren't bad. They don't taste like the school lunch ones (IMO), so that's a little disappointing. But not bad.

Cinnamon & Sugar Cresent Rolls with Icing...spread butter on rolls, sprinkle with cinnamon & Sugar, roll..bake at 375 for 11-13 mins..mix 1 1/3 cup powdered sugar with 2tbs milk..spoon icing over while hot!!!

    I made these and I didn't like them at first BUT...when you are trying to stay away from high calorie, fatty desserts...you learn to deal with it! I will be making another pan! My son didn't like them. More for me!

the best chocolate frosting 1 cup softened butter 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted 5 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 3-4 tablespoons milk

Ingredients: 1 Cup Sugar, 1/2 Cup Flour, 1/3 Cup Cocoa, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Baking Powder. Add: 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 teaspoon Vanilla. When ready to cook. Pour into a square pan (8×8 or 9×9) Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Can put all dry ingredients in a jar
