Easy way=place 4 cans off Jackfruit (water drained and discarded) in crockpot with onions, garlic and bbq sauce-simmer several hours until soft then stir and pull fibers to seperate. Place on your favorite roll and enjoy. Looks and tastes like Memphis BBQ without the heart disease : ) Can also use on Nachos with some vegan cheese!
