Berry Cobbler: 2 - 12 oz bags frozen mixed berries, 1 box white cake mix, 1 can diet Sprite, or 7-up Spray 9X13 pan with Pam. Place frozen fruit in pan. Add dry cake mix over the top. Pour soda slowly over cake mix. DO NOT stir the cake mix & the soda - this will give you a 'crust'. If you stir the two, you will have a cake like topping. Bake 350 for 45-50 min. Serves 16

Skillet Berry Cobbler. I eat my cobbler right out of the skillet (you can use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish if you don't have one). It saves dishes, but more important, it makes for a sweet summer date: two forks, a skillet of cobbler, some ice cream and a warm night on the patio.

Berry Cobbler. Made this the other day & it is the easiest dessert you will ever make. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on this bad boy too!!!

Weight Watchers Berry Cobbler - super quick and easy. I did 1/2 a yellow cake mix to about 1 1/2 cups berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) and a little more than half of a sprite zero in a 9x9 pan. 5 points for 1/4 the pan. Hubby liked it too, and it made the house smell amazing!
