"Fenêtre à Sarlat" My husband and I stayed in Sarlat for a month, exploring the nearby prehistoric caves, walking through the formal gardens, enjoying the scenic villages and life of the weekly markets where we savored pates, mushrooms and wine of the region. Cassoulets and foie gras were featured on every menu there.
