The women here are all wearing the traditional garments of the Roman women. Their tunics length is down to the elbow, women weren't allowed to show their full arm. Over their tunics they wore their Palla  and most of the women in the image are married because they are wearing a Stole. A Stole is like a chiton with various ruffles and usually had a metal brooch.
