Pinner said- REPINNING this because it was SOOO good!! Strawberry "ice cream" - dairy free, sugar free, fat free, gluten free! Blend frozen handful of frozen strawberries, one frozen banana, then add 2 tbsp Coconut milk and 1tsp vanilla extract. It took us about 3 minutes to make it and it completely satisfied our craving for ice cream tonight! Highly recommend!

A super simple treat for the kids (or adults!) and it's dairy free, sugar free and primal/paleo. No ice cream maker needed.

ice cream (sugar free ) 1 banana, sliced and frozen 1 handful of strawberries, frozen 1-2 tablespoons coconut milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Place the frozen bananas and strawberries into a food processor. Start blending then add in the vanilla and coconut milk. Just enough for it to blend together but not too much, we want it to be really thick!
