So true! I get so much thinking done and work through so many problems while running. :P

goals are quantifiable. "be more fit" or "lose weight" are not goals. "Run 3 times a week for 6 months" or "get within a healthy bodyfat percentage by next year" are goals.

"It's easier to wake up early and work out than it is to look in the mirror each day and not like what you see." Great quote to remember daily!

Thanks to abs workouts....I've reached my goal...I now can officially say I have a 4 pack....:)
