Just finished reading 'Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail' by Cheryl Strayed. Never been much of a memoir fan but this book was excellent. Well worth reading if you are looking for a good summer read

Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail Oprah's Book Club 2.0: Amazon.ca: Cheryl Strayed: Books

"It was my life - like all lives, mysterious and irrevocable and sacred. So very close, so very present, so very belonging to me. How wild it was, to let it be."

Awesome story of three 28 year olds who decide to set out on a journey around the world. Inspiring!

As Cheryl Strayed wrote on her Facebook page,"It's an extraordinary experience to see Reese Witherspoon dressed in the clothes I wore on the trail, her hair the same style and color as mine then, with my beloved/loathed Monster on her back packed just the way I packed it! I'm humbled and awed and so excited for you to see the movie!" #booksintomovies #wild #cherylstrayed

Books You May Have Missed: "Wild"

High Adventure of Eric Ryback. The story of the first person to thru-hike the Pacific Crest Trail.

What should you read next?

I haven't even finished it and I love it. I think it helps if you can appreciate the backpacking.

I need a sign that says this for when I'm in the break room reading and people confuse that for my wanting to interact with them.
