This was very good, I doubled everything but the chicken and beans. I used kidney beans instead of black beans, and a can of yellow corn. I had to use 2 13 x 9 pans for everything to fit. I used all medium heat ingredients, it was VERY mild, next time I'll use hot. I also felt it was a little bland, I would add some black pepper, garlic, onion powder, spice it up some. Michael LOVED it as is.
