    I love Stephen King. Don't care for all his books, but I admire him as sayer of truth, an encourager of other writers, and human being.

    Maya Angelou is an inspiration. Her life told in her Autobiography proves that living in hardships throughout life, one can overcome and still live in their own happiness... Whatever that happiness may be.

    Creativity means many things to many people. What does it mean to you?

    I wanted to understand what Poetry was about and Rumi opened the door to a love affair with Gods bliss.

    Loved the premise of an elderly man looking back on the adventures in his life. Wonder what some of my patients would tell me if they had the chance...

    'The Last Lecture' is uplifting with sensible and real tips on how to live a fulfilling life. How time is too short, "Time must be explicitly managed, like money." On those obstacles we all face in our lives, Randy Pausch says, "The brick walls are there for a reason. They're not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something."

    Do books help you open your creative heart? They help me open my heart. Some of my favorites include Sark's Juicy Pens, Thirsty Paper. This book is a true blessing. It is filled with inspiration and journaling exercises.
