Eat Yourself Skinny!: Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal Delicious. Except I made it without the fruit because it's for my little boy who doesn't like additions in his oatmeal. I doubled the recipe, put it in a 9x13 and then added another 2 cups of oats.
