A Crowd Favorite: Feta Dip - from Clover Lane: I thought I’d share this awesome super easy no-cook appetizer that has always been a hit. This is that ONE recipe that I always get asked for the most. And it’s ridiculously, embarrassingly easy.
Made it and it's very Easy feta dip - olive oil, tomatoes, cucumber feta, & greek seasoning. Then serve with fresh baguette! ( I added chopped greek olives and cucumber w/ a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Also, I used pita chips.
Skinny Shrimp Salsa - add black beans to boost the fiber, or roasted corn to add a touch of sweetness, and even avocado to add some healthy fats. Serve with some baked chips and you have the perfect healthy snack.

Deviled Egg Spread Recipe from Katie Lee in Food & Wine magazine from The Cutting Edge of Ordinary. Sounds almost exactly like my favorite recipe for egg salad sandwiches as a dip. Serve with crackers or mini sourdough bread slices.
Chicken Spread cream cheese Small onion, finely chopped Small can canned chicken 1 T. mayonnaise 1 T. soy sauce Blend all ingredients together with a hand mixer until creamy and combined. Serve with your favorite crackers (I am partial to Ritz).
