Ranch Roasted Potatoes: 2 lbs red potatoes, quartered, .4 oz dry Ranch salad dressing mix, olive oil, 1 t salt. 425 oven. Drizzle or spray potatoes with olive oil, toss with Ranch dressing and salt. Line baking sheet with foil, spread out potatoes on it, bake 20 - 25 minutes until tender and turning brown.
