Pumpkin Pie Crumb Bars....These were so yummy and everyone loved them that tried them! I served mine with bourbon-spiked whipped cream with pumpkin pie spice...I like them better warm or room temperature, as opposed to chilled (like the recipe suggests)
love these Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes - they were SO easy to make - mix up the wet ingredients, add the dry, mix together, then bake for 20 minutes. The funny thing is, they looked kind of blah when I put them in the fridge to completely chill, as directed, but they tasted absolutely scrumptious with a dollop of whipped cream or cream cheese frosting. I really liked that there was a link on the website on how to make your own pumpkin pie spice from scratch too, just in case. Keeper! :)
