Success! I used healthy whole grain bread, laughing cow cheese and didn't have the sesame seeds or poppy seeds. Very delicious! French peasant bread layered with ricotta, avocado, grape tomatoes, onion, toasted sesame and poppy seeds, lemon zest and olive oil.
