First challenge completed ! 30 Days Squat Challenge : 2 girls, 2 bodies … results ?  fitscientist :  Results for the30 Day Squat Challenge(plus healthy-ish eating and my regular exercise)… Before - 158.5 lbs. Taken on 8/26/13 After (More like “in progress” but anyway)- 159 lbs. Taken on 10/1/13 SO?!  Does the challenge work?YES.  It doesn’t really show it in the pictures  but I can definitely feel my legs (especially my thighs ohmygosh) getting stronger.  So… I’d say this challenge is proved!  :D  —> To see my picture with a better view, click here :) Be-healfit : So, full result of this challenge ! :) I had to stop at Day 21 (little problem not related to this) but … for only 21 days, i say : THIS CHALLENGE WORKS !!! I gained more defined quads, a rounder butt (in real life, the result is better than on the pic :p) and stronger thigh … i mean, really really stronger ! Seriously, if you want to try, do it !
