Pizza crescent rolls! These are great!!! I made these last night, 1/2 a cheese stick, two slices of pepperoni, one crescent roll. 160 calories, 8grams protein, 10 grams fat. Great with some marinara sauce, GREAT in the kids' lunch box. No mess! Make sure you fold up the sides/ends so the cheese doesn't leak out. Grace & David loved them!
Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bites - I just made these and they are amazing!!!!! Anything with Frank's Hot Sauce can't be anything but awesome. I used two chicken breasts and doubled the rest of the ingredients. I also used frozen dinner rolls and made
Garlic chicken puffs: These are a quick, easy appetizer to take to parties. I used a whole block of cheese, double the chicken, and the called for amount of garlic, which was a perfect combination and just enough for the recommended amount of rolls. They are also good with tomato soup. Leftovers are good heated up in the toaster oven!
Chicken Salad Crescent Roll Ups...buy your favorite chicken salad or make your own, then spoon the salad into crescent rolls, roll them up, sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake. You can't beat a 3-ingredient recipe when you need dinner in a hurry.
Soba Noodles with Sweet Ginger Scallion Sauce. LOVE this recipe....made it 3 times in 2 weeks. I would not recommend using all sesame oil for the sauce, since it's so strong. I use a mild oil and a dash of sesame oil. Delish!
