This is the first running workout I have found that keeps me running. I often have trouble getting myself mentally involved with workouts that are running based. This one is broken up so I can focus on small goals. It's also good because interval workouts are good for fat burning.

I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I am repinning this because it is applicable today. When we feel we have so much on our plate or wonder if we can handle it all... remember- you are so much stronger than you think you are. You are awesome! and if it is just too too much- then take something off your plate!
