French Coconut Pie Ingredients • 3 eggs, beaten • 1 1/2 cups sugar • 1 cup flaked coconut • 1 stick butter, melted • 1 tablespoon white vinegar • 1 teaspoon vanilla • pinch of salt • 1 (9 inch) uncooked pie shell Directions Mix filling ingredients well and pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Let cool and set before slicing.
NO ROLL 10 MINUTE BEST FLAKY PIE CRUST EVER: Pour 1/2 cup canola oil, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1&1/2 cup flour in pie plate. Mix to form ball. Spread out with fingers. Can double for thicker crust. Great for pumpkin, dutch apple, pecan, and any other pie that requires baking. (I've used this recipe over 100 times)
