Wouldnt it be awesome to satisfy her healthy requirements and get your fromage grillé on? Oh, and how about adding some bacon, toothats healthy, right? Of course it is! This raspberry bacon grilled cheese is probably the best thing Ive had since well, a regular grilled cheese. Why are you still here? Get cooking! What you need4 slices sturdy, grainy wheat bread3 tablespoons raspberry preserves1/4 cup thinly sliced red pear8 slices cooked bacon4 slices Muenster cheese1-2 tablespoons butter How you make it-Preheat griddle or panini press to medium-high heat.-Assemble 2 sandwiches in this order: bread, 11/2 tbs. preserves, pear, 4 slices bacon, 2 slices cheese, bread.-Spread butter on top and bottom of sandwich and grill for 4-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and top is golden brown. MmmmmCheeeeeesy.
