Jungle Curry: Jungle curry, or kaeng pa, according to Wikipedia, is a curry originated from the northern part of Thailand. As coconuts are not found in the region, it contains no coconut milk. It was originally prepared with wild boars found in the jungle. I made this jungle curry with pork. If you can’t eat pork, feel free to substitute with chicken. The curry goes extremely well with rice. I really enjoyed it.

Squid Curry Recipe (Indian Gulai Sotong Recipe): There are two secret ingredients of a great squid curry: curry leaves and a blended spice mix of cumin, fennel, black mustard, fenugreek seeds. Curry leaves impart a highly aromatic flavor to the curry and the spice seeds add that signature and unmistakable Indian curry kick. I love hard-boiled eggs in curries, so I also added some eggs. Thai Yellow Curry with Seafood Recipe: This dish is so simple to create and takes no more than 30 minutes, but it’s bursting with vivid and intense flavors. The zucchini is simply healthy and adds the much needed vitamins; plus this recipe just goes so well with steamed white rice. This is my absolute favorite Thai dish. Have a great weekend and happy eating!

Seafood Curry Recipe (Malaysian Indian-Style): this seafood curry was prepared just that–from a seafood curry paste that I brought back from home. The curry paste was very good; there are mustard seeds, cardamons, cloves, and curry leaves in the paste–which are some of the secret spices/ingredients for a very good pot of Indian-style curries…

Curry Laksa (Curry Mee) Recipe: is a popular hawker’s dish. Curry Mee/Curry Laksa is a dish that’s full of flavours–slightly creamy soup infused with coconut milk, the spiciness of the chilli and fragrance of spices; never fails to satisfy my appetite to have it for breakfast or lunch. It has been too long since the last time I had Curry Mee. So, I am delighted to make this dish.

Turmeric Chicken: It’s a simple stir-fry dish that anyone can make at home, and takes less than 30 minutes to make.

Thai Shrimp and Pineapple Curry: utterly scrumptious and appetizing. The pineapple adds a nice, sweet tang to the overall curry, and the shrimp and coconut milk basically complete the dish. I can eat two full servings of steamed white rice with this dish. #Thai #curry #shrimp #pineapple

Chicken Vindaloo: a beautiful version of the famous and scrumptious Vindaloo Curry. If you want to use pork or any other meat instead of chicken you can do it here, just adjust the final cooking time accordingly.

Udang Masak Lemak Nenas or Pineapple Prawn in Spicy Coconut Milk Gravy: It is packed with flavor and aroma from the spices, and sweetness from the prawn and pineapple. Serve it with plain white rice is the best, and it will never fail to whet one’s appetite! #curry #shrimp #pineapple

Chicken curry is made with bone-in chicken traditionally, and curry leaves are used to infuse the chicken curry with the intense fragrance of the curry leaves. #chicken #curry

Gulai Tumis is a hot and sour curry which is traditionally famous among the Nyonya and Hainanese households in Malaysia. The curry is so appetizing and addictive especially the gravy and it simply keeps you coming back for more.

Golden Egg Curry: Eggs are first boiled, then peeled and fried in medium-hot oil. The smooth whites blister and firm up into an attractive golden crust. Only then are the eggs cut into half and added to a sauce—here, a light tomato-based sauce that’s mildly chile hot. Serve with rice or bread, a crisp salad, or a condiment. #burma #egg #curry

Beef Curry with Pumpkin: one of my favorite ways to use pumpkin is to add it to curries, especially Thai-style curries, such as this beef curry with pumpkin. #pumpkin #beef #thai
