DIY Toner: 2 Cups Vinegar 1/4 teaspoon Purple Food Coloring (I use this neon version cause I want it to be vibrant) *Or if you are a redhead and want to bring the punch back into your color use red food coloring! After your conditioning take your rinse and poor it down your hair. Massage it in to evenly distribute. Rinse with water.
Take about a tablespoon of baking soda + your personal face wash and scrub your face liberally with it. Rinse with warm water and pat dry with face towel. There’s absolutely no stinging or smell - just baby soft skin! AMAZING trick that get you spa-like complexion without spending any $$$.
Baking Soda Cleansing 1 quart boiling water 1/4 c. baking soda Add the soda to the water and mix or shake until dissolved. Cool prior to use. Apply liberally to hair and scalp, shaking first if necessary. Massage into scalp and hair then rinse well.
Vinegar Nutritive Rinse Cleanser. Over the years I have had thinning and some hair loss for any one of many reasons. But I thought this was something easy that I could incorporate into my hair care routine.
