PIZZA CASSEROLE Ingredients: 1 bag of Egg Noodles 1 extra large can of Ragu sauce 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat 1 package pepperonis layer 1/2 ingredients in 9×13 pan, cover w remaining ingredients and top w/ pepperoni. CREAMY CHICKEN QUINOA AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE - I was not sure how this was going to turn out as I was making it. It ended up being ok but I probably wouldn't make it again. I probably would experiment with quinoa with a cream of mushroom soup or something instead. Might be easier and yummier.
Cheesy Zucchini Quinoa. SUPER easy. I didn't have zucchini so I subbed in peas. The quinoa was creamy and gooey from the cheese, it just soaked it up. Great mac and cheese type side dish. Even took leftovers to work for a meal.
