    This sounds great with a few changes: 1. I cook the quinoa and the refrigerate it for a day first (cold quinoa "stir fries" better.) 2. Feel free to lessen/modify the amount of veggies. (Ex. A whole head of broccoli seems excessive to me and I don't like I'm leaving them both out) 3. I will substitute "soy sauce" with tamari (gluten free soy sauce) or braggs liquid aminos.
