Easter deviled eggs To color the whites (after eggs have been boiled and yolks removed): Fill glass containers about half-full of water, and then add food coloring to each one to get the shades you desire. Adjust the amount of food coloring, depending on the intensity of the color you desire. Place the egg halves in the water, making sure that the entire surface of each egg is covered. Let the eggs sit at least one hour until you achieve the desired effect. Remove the eggs from the water and place them onto paper towels or wire rack to dry.-Adorable Easter idea!

An ideal Antipasto. For an added touch, I ensure to use our fresh, homemade Prosciutto, Sopresatta, cheese, and our homegrown Figs from the backyard (when possible). Add your own homemade olives, too! ~ M.M

SPARKLING CARROT CUPCAKES TUTORIAL - Love this but they make it look so easy - have a feeling it would not be

It will make people crazy trying to figure out how you did it. This is weird but it looks really easy

So yummy! Just peel the eggs and cut them near the egg yolk. Place all of the egg yolks in a food processor and add anything you want (mayo, dijon mustard, even a small bit of sugar). Fill each boiled egg and use olives or peppercorns for eyes and carrot triangles for the beak!! Do not over boil so that the egg yolk stays that pretty yellow!!
