    4 racks Baby back ribs


    1 tbsp Seafood seasoning


    4 Bay leaves, whole dried
    2 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Ginger, powder
    2 tbsp Onion powder


    4 cups Bbq sauce
    2 tbsp Mustard, dry
    1 cup Soy sauce
    1 cup Worcestershire sauce

    Baking & Spices

    1 tbsp Black pepper, coarsely ground
    2 tbsp Brown sugar, light
    1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
    2 tbsp Kosher salt
    2 tbsp Rub, rib
    1 tbsp White pepper, ground

    Nuts & Seeds

    1 tsp Cumin, ground
