2 cans Black beans
2 tbsp Cilantro, fresh
2 Garlic cloves
1/4 Red onion, medium
1/4 cup Reserved black bean liquid
1 Roma tomato


1 tbsp Lime juice

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Sea salt

Oils & Vinegars

1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Nuts & Seeds

1 tsp Cumin

    Healthy Black Bean Dip Recipe ngredients * 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed* * 1/4 cup reserved black bean liquid* * 1/4 of a medium red onion * 1 roma tomato * 2 garlic cloves * 2 T chopped fresh cilantro * 1 T lime juice * 1/2 T apple cider vinegar * 1 t cumin * 1/2 t sea salt * 1/4 t cayenne pepper Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Transfer the dip to a bowl, add more sea salt to taste, garnish with leftover cilantro and serve.
