pom pom scarf... i didnt go to the kink so i dont know if there's a tutorial, but this would be easy to make by eye if you can do basic machine work. happ-ppening.

Very nicely done, but I usually install valances higher to show more of the window & let in more light. Designers can help you with that type of thing that will enhance your windows.
