Great idea for a small bathroom As I used this idea for my guest bathroom, I used 4 baskets all the same size and spaced them far enough apart so I could place a towel set on TOP of each basket, I then made inserts (thick cardboard covered by fabric using a glue gun) for the baskets to provide "shelf space" for each guest to store their toothbrush/tooth paste, etc. for the duration of their stay. LOVE the result. Great idea.

Great for guest bathrooms! Baskets. A way to keep bath linens close to the shower, and not taking up closet space

43 Practical Bathroom Organization Ideas | Shelterness shelves on side wall by commode

OK so maybe some of the decor is a little too "What's Eating Gilbert Grape." But of course the owners of Brooklyn's Moon River Chattel have an amazing second home. Looking at photos of it fuels a silly fantasy where I buy a derelict old place and fix it up myself with whimsical touches here and there ... Alas, I haven't a DIY bone in my body let alone the patience needed for such a project. Still, a girl can dream.

Simple and beautiful (and possibly cheap) bathroom furniture.

This amoire, and it's taupe color, (with or without doors), is fabulous in the bathroom along with the great accents on the shelves! ♥ And, I like the ceiling, BUT THAT'S IT. (I do not, do not, like the old-fashion wallpaper nor tub or floor.)

like the open shelves above the toilet, magazine rack on the side (because I can't seem to get the husband to get rid of his pile), and the toilet is so close to the vanity. could solve my small bathroom problem.

Small bathroom idea. Grey walls, mirror to reflect sunlight. Dark grey stone tiled floor would be nice. Or black & white.

Bathroom...Use regular curtains and take rod to the ceiling - so easy with huge impact!

This idea inspired me to get smaller baskets to hang on the walls in my bedroom. I'm going to put small decorative things inside, such as the glass candle holder I've made out of glass bottles, to spunk up the room and add a creative vibe. Hope this inspires you to use your imagination and embrace your creative side like it did for me. :)
