(Healthier) No-Bake Granola Bars. I substituted the oats with 2 cups of organic granola, added dried cherries and sprinkled a generous helping of flax seed to the mix. cut into 2oz snack size squares & wrapped in wax paper.
Seriously, the best ever. I am throwing away all my other Bananna Nut Bread recipes. I added 1 1/2 teasp. Of vanilla. And I added a sugar cinnamon mixture sprinkled on the top and bottom. And topped with with chopped walnuts. Five stars from my family.
