I unofficially deem this Sugar Pumpkin Week here on Oh She Glows. I’m not talking canned pumpkin this week. I’m certainly not talking large carving pumpkins this week. But sweet, cute-as-a-button sugar pumpkins.
pumpkin pie smoothie Blend together 1 small very ripe banana, cup pureed pumpkin (canned or fresh), cup Almond Breeze vanilla almond coconut milk, tsp pumpkin spice and 1 cup ice. I will use real milk not almond.
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie 1 frozen banana 3 ice cubes 1 cup almond milk cup pure pumpkin cup oats tsp chia seeds (optional) 1 tsp maple syrup (add more if you like it sweet) dash of cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin pie spice whip cream – topping (optional)
