My school follows Jan Richardson’s guided reading model and we introduce one Dolch word per day. These 35 books each focus on ONE word. It was hard to easily find books that focused on just one word at a time, so we have been using these. The kids love them, can easily read them, and get the chance to see the sight word of the day in context. $

Sight words - This is a fun hands on center to help your students learn the sight word spellings. Students write the words in the rice using chopsticks or their fingers. It's a great sensory activity and is very exciting, too! Sight words for grade K-2 are provided.
