Greek Marinated Chicken-Yummy! Had it for dinner, then cut it up and put the leftovers on my lunch salad. Just as good cold! I will add a little less lemon next time. This one is definitely going in the rotation!
CUCUMBER SALAD IN A JAR 4 thinly sliced cukes 1-large sliced red onions 1-large sliced green peppers 1-tbsp salt 2-cup white vinegar 1 1/2-cups sugar 1 tsp celery flakes 1tsp red pepper flakes Put vinegar, sugar, celery flakes and pepper flakes in a pot & bring to a boil. Lemon orzo with mint and feta. This is BRILLIANT. I leave out the cucumbers because the rest of flavors drown it out, and the crunch is really more of a distraction than an addition. I could eat this everyday. Another staple to add to my easy-and-delicious list.
